It wasn’t very fast, but it wasn’t painful in the slightest ! Feeling mighty relieved, happy & enthused. The first km felt so easy that I didn’t stop & just kept going.

The real difference was what you said about cadence … really focussed on short strides & that made it feel like the point of contact was towards the middle/front of the foot, not the heel. 100% could not have made even this tiny first step without your help & guidance, so thanks again !! Let’s message about a program to get me up & past 10km as a starter then progress from there.
