I bring a wealth of skills and experience garnered from a lifetime of outdoor adventures that have helped me navigate my challenges. Along with my psychological training as a physio,

Whether it's through medication or trial-and error, but the more the wider population is educated, the more we can reduce stigma, stereotyping and misunderstanding of behaviours. Adventure sport has been my way to self-regulate and I can help you find your 'bikepacking', your unique way to navigate your challenges.
