How I can help

Neurodiversity training, workshops & coaching

Three ways to work together — for businesses, for groups, and for individuals. Each draws on real lived experience, professional physiotherapy training, and a lifetime of adventure sport. Delivered onsite or online.

Neurodiversity in the business space

Training for managers & organisations

Reframing how the unique skills of neurodiverse individuals can help your business — creating better understanding, empathy and productivity.

  • What neurodiversity is — and reframing what’s traditionally understood about it
  • Building empathy for neurodiverse individuals and colleagues
  • Understanding the unique skills and challenges of the neurodiverse mind
  • Integrating those skills to improve productivity and efficiency
  • A toolkit to manage neurodiverse staff and create an environment where they thrive
  • Better connection with neurodiverse customers and potential employees

Delivered as a one-off session or ongoing support, with follow-up workshops for departments, managers or individuals — tailored to your needs.

1:1 neurodiversity coaching

Support for your own journey

Managing the diverse processing of a neurodiverse mind — especially being AuADHD — can be a challenge, from unique ways of learning to social behaviours and nervous-system regulation. I offer a holistic approach through:

  • Education
  • Practical tips
  • Strategies that work in real life

Who it’s for

  • Athletes trying to manage a neurodiverse brain
  • Parents
  • Outdoor education providers
  • Organisations, clubs or groups wanting better accessibility and inclusivity

I bring a wealth of skills from a lifetime of outdoor adventures that helped me navigate my own challenges, alongside my psychological training as a physio. Self-understanding and self-regulation take time — but the more we understand, the more we reduce stigma. Adventure sport has been my way to self-regulate, and I can help you find your “bikepacking”: your own way to navigate your challenges.
